Edward D. Fulbright, CPA-PFS (the firm's Chair/CEO) is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant by the States of Georgia and North Carolina, and he also holds a Series 65 license and is a Registered Investment Advisor by the State of North Carolina.

Genevia Gee Fulbright, CPA (the firm's President/COO) is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of North Carolina.

The majority of the firms revenues are derived from small businesses (gross revenues below $11 million) and individuals within a 65 mile radius of both offices. Some clients are located in California, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. just to name a few of the out of town client locations. The firm also services some clients located outside of the United States, including Uganda, Japan and England.

The firm is a full service company with the flexibility to meet the characteristics and needs of the client. The firm consists of a well-rounded professional staff with vast experience in accounting procedures and internal controls. The combined business experience of the owners and professional staff exceed 25 years.
